The Tonore name has stood proudly on the corner of 8th and Louisville in Monroe, LA for over sixty years.

George Tonore, Sr. started this enterprise as a small grocery store and had the foresight to make changes to the nature of the business as times changed. The store has evolved into a shop that has one of the most diverse selections of wines found anywhere in the United States.

Today the shop is run by George Tonore, Jr., who is dedicated to searching out the new and hidden gems of the wine world and adding them to our current selections.

A complete line of liquors and beers can also be found here along with an ever-changing variety of gourmet foods, imported cigars and Monroe's widest selection of cheeses.

Tonore's Wine Cellar is easy to get to from anywhere in the Twin Cities area. We are located on the corner of Louisville (Highway 80) and 8th Street.
